He is the
creator of the Nutrition Magic
school programs performed throughout the United States; basis
for the nationally recognized Nutrition Magician workshops.
He provides
National Restaurant Association ServSafe
certification seminars and is a frequent guest speaker at
organizations including Oregon School Food Service Association,
Oregon Dietetic Association, The Food Industry Forum, Portland
Exec's, The Northwest Rotary, and The Lions Club.

News from 1997 to 1999, where
he was the Food and Service Editor. A was also a regular contributor

Oregonian.
Former Chef &
The Child Committee chair and ACF Chef's de Cuisine Society

also served on the advisory boards of the Salvation
Army Greenhouse and The Portland Culinary Alliance.
