Culinary Classroom: Fun With Food & Nutrition

Students and teachers participate in this dynamic interactive presentation featuring culinary demonstrations and bright computer graphics emphasizing the joy of good nutrition. Each participant successfully creates a garnish to take home and share with family and friends (complete printed instructions included). Invite parents to join their children for this fun class. This period long workshop excites students and adults alike, imparting a positive nutrition message that will be remembered for years.

The entire cafeteria lunch time becomes an exciting learning experience while valuable nutrition information is shared with the entire school. Student œgraduates” from the morning classes can assist, bringing the excitement of peer-to-peer learning to this special demonstration. Culinary creations emerge from all types of common fruits and vegetables to the amazement of kids of all ages.
