In November of 1997, I along with six of my employees had the pleasure of taking the ServSafe-Food Protection Manager Certification Course, that you conducted and instructed in Bend, Oregon.
Our personal goal was to gain knowledge to better serve and protect our customers. We not only gained new knowledge, but were brought up to date on facts we already knew and needed to enforce.
